Hotels Rooms Going Fast as AASP/NJ’s NORTHEAST™ 2010 Approaches
As the Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of New Jersey (AASP/NJ, the state’s largest association of collision and
mechanical repairers) gears up for the NORTHEAST™ 2010 Automotive Services Show, being held March 19, 20 and 21, 2010, the association is reminding those with travel plans to book their hotel rooms as soon as possible to take advantage of special rates before they’re gone.
“We’re very excited about this year’s turnout,” says AASP/NJ President Jeff McDowell from his shop in Fords. “To help prepare for a high attendance at this year’s event, we set up special room blocks with three of the Meadowlands area hotels. We are very pleased to report a record number of reservations from these hotels; in fact, the response has been so great that we’ve had to expand the number of rooms in our reservation block three times so far. I would advise anyone planning on traveling to NORTHEAST™ 2010 to get their hotel rooms quickly, since the hotels are filling up fast.”
AASP/NJ has designated three hotels with special room rates for attendees staying over the weekend of NORTHEAST™ 2010, all within walking distance to the Meadowlands Exposition Center. The Embassy Suites of Secaucus and Hyatt Place are offering a special rate of $159/night, while Holiday Inn Harmon Meadow is extending a $129/night rate to all who mention AASP/NJ’s NORTHEAST™ 2010 Show when reserving their rooms. “With the show only two weeks away, I’d also like to remind everyone to sign up online to pre-register for NORTHEAST™ 2010,” adds McDowell. “We’ll be shutting down pre-registration on Friday, March 12, so if you want to save time on line the day of, as well as the $10 admission fee, I suggest you visit www.aaspnjnortheast.com as soon as possible to pre-register. See you at the show!”
