The Alliance of Automotive Service Providers (AASP) will be holding their quarterly National Board of Directors meeting at the NORTHEAST 2014 Automotive Services Show March 21, 22 and 23, 2014 at the Meadowlands Exposition Center (MEC) in Secaucus, NJ. NORTHEAST 2014, the flagship event of the association’s New Jersey affiliate (AASP/NJ), is celebrating its 37th year as the East Coast’s preeminent automotive services trade show.

AASP National President Bruce Tschida (Lake Marion Collision, Lakeville, MN) is looking forward to the group making its first trip to the Northeast area since 2011. “We had a great response from our state affiliates the last time we held our meeting in conjunction with the NORTHEAST show,” he says, “and we are very much anticipating another successful meeting at the Meadowlands. The Northeast area has so much to offer, and we’re excited to be going over our goals and initiatives together with one of our longest-tenured affiliates’ flagship events.”

Jeff McDowell, President of AASP/NJ, says the participation of AASP National is another welcome addition to a show that will be making significant gains in 2014. “We are really pulling out all of the stops for NORTHEAST 2014. News of the AASP National meeting is the first of several announcements that will be coming out in the next few weeks. We have some things planned that will get the industry very excited. We are very happy that representatives from our fellow AASP affiliates across the country will be here to share in what we are certain will be the best show we have ever put on.”
