One of the country’s most sought-after speakers, Collision Advice’s Mike Anderson, returns once again to the Northeast market thanks to the Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of New Jersey (AASP/NJ). This industry giant will shed light on some of the most important topics affecting shop owners today in two informative seminars sponsored by Axalta Coating Systems (booth # 427) at the 39th Annual NORTHEAST 2016 Automotive Services Show, held March 18-20 at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus.

In “Positioning Yourself in the Collision Repair Industry,” (Friday, March 18, 7:30pm-9pm), Anderson will examine the pressing issues facing shops today, such as how to increase sales in a competitive market, how to attract and retain employees, how to maximize on training, how to monitor your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and what management tools to use in your shop.

During “Who Pays for What?’ Survey Results,” (Saturday, March 19, 2pm-3:30pm), Anderson will reveal the data from the Northeast during his most recent “Who Pays for What?” survey. These numbers will uncover how true the insurer claim is that “You’re the only one who charges for that,” reveal the not-included refinish, structural, mechanical and body labor operations that shops like yours are being reimbursed for, what supplies and materials shops you should receive payment for and how to negotiate with insurers for proper compensation.

“We could not be more thrilled that Mike Anderson is coming back to the show,” says AASP/NJ President Jeff McDowell. “He has a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of this industry that need to be shared with repairers in our area. We chose these two topics for Anderson to present on because we believe they are some of the biggest issues we deal with in the Northeast, and he has some ways we can get around them. Mike always draws a packed house so I would advise everyone to register early.”
