In an effort to keep the lines of communication open between shops and automakers, The Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of New Jersey (AASP/NJ) will host John Eck from GM at their annual meeting, held on Wednesday, October 28. Eck will discuss the GM initiative announced in November of last year, MyPriceLink.com, and will be followed by an open forum discussion during which any questions shops may have can be answered.
“We already have over 100 people signed up for this event. Shops are excited to learn about what GM has in store and to get their voices heard,” says AASP/NJ President Jeff McDowell. “We’re very grateful to be able to put on an event like this for both our members and non-members alike. It’s important to get the information out there, to talk openly about the issues affecting us and of course, to relax and get to know one another. This event is definitely not one to be missed.”
AASP/NJ’s 2015 Annual Meeting will be held at the Gran Centurions Banquet Hall in Clark. The event will begin with a cash bar at 7pm and lead into a 7:30pm dinner and presentation. The deadline for registration is Monday, October 26 so this is the last chance to sign up. The cost for this invaluable event is $50 for members of the association and $75 for non-member guests. To register or to receive additional meeting information, please call AASP/NJ Executive Director Charles Bryant at (732) 922-8909, or email him at setlit4u@msn.com.
