“Cars and Coffee,” the popular event brought to New Jersey by a group led by former Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of New Jersey (AASP/NJ) President Tom Elder, has returned to the state with a full summer slate. The car shows kicked off last month and return this Saturday, June 30 to the Knob Hill Country Lanes in Manalapan.
“When we decided to bring this concept to New Jersey last year, we weren’t sure how well it would go over,” Elder says. “But the turnout was way beyond our expectations and we had a very successful run. Bringing it back
this year was a no-brainer.”
“Cars and Coffee” is an informal get together for people with interesting cars to share their hobby in a nice relaxing atmosphere. The event will run 8:30am – 11am with plenty of coffee and snacks for attendees. Elder says the group welcomes all comers and encourages participation. “The more cars, the better,” he says. “Anyone interested in signing their car up can do so at www.carsandcoffeenj.com.”
After this Sunday, upcoming “Cars and Coffee” dates include July 28, August 25 and September 29 with a season finale event in October to be determined. For more information, including an event schedule, please visit www.carsandcoffeenj.com.
